Holman's Creek is located in Rockingham and Shenandoah Counties.  There are 2 causes of impairment in Holman's Creek: fecal coliform and benthic impairment.  The primary sources of fecal coliform are agriculture, wildlife, and human (all non-point sources of pollution).  The source of the benthic impairment is sediment and nutrients from non-point source pollution run-off.
