Project WET (Water Education for Teachers) is a program that facilitates and promotes awareness, appreciation, knowledge, and stewardship of water resources.

 

Project Underground is a national educational program that focuses on caves and karst awareness.

[Karst is a land area that includes sinkholes, springs, sinking streams and caves. This landscape features underground streams and aquifers that supply the wells and springs communities use for drinking water.]

 

WOW! The Wonders of Wetlands is an instructional workshop for educators that provides a resourceful and creative collection of wetland activities, information, and ideas.

If you are interested in scheduling these workshops at your school, please contact the Education Specialist.  It is strongly recommended that workshops be scheduled at least two and a half months in advance of the desired date in order for all resource materials to be available.
